Trailnet & GO! St. Louis® Partner to Bring Walking Events in 2008!
Walking is the #1 participation sport worldwide for many great reasons. It's easy to do - no special skills, advanced conditioning or high tech gear is required. It's healthy - good for cardiovascular fitness, lowering blood pressure, slowing down osteoporosis bone loss, improving muscle tone and lessening anxiety. It's safe - lower impact and less stressful on the heart and joints than other forms of exercise. Join Trailnet and GO! St. Louis® on one or more of our nine new walking events.
