What’s a community ride?

A community ride is a guided, slow-paced, group bike ride that explores the history and culture of the St. Louis Community. It’s like a walking tour, but on bike instead of on foot.. Each Community Ride is created in collaboration with community partners to create rich educational experiences.

How fast is the pace?

Not very fast. These are easy, slow-paced rides, approx. 8 mph.

How long is each ride?

Typically each ride is around 10 miles long, and about 1 hour of riding, broken up by 5-6 stops.

Are there rest stops?

There will be stops with bathrooms and chances to refill water on the ride. Check the individual registration pages for more details on food or drinks for each ride.
