In accordance with the latest information on the spread of COVID-19, we are following the CDC’s guidelines for gatherings of 50 people or more and canceling all events for 8 weeks (March 13 – May 8).

We hope to host our full 2020 ride schedule, but we will prioritize the safety and health of our riders and the community.

Another trip around the sun for the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge. For 91 years the bridge has been an important connectin Missouri and Illinois. It has been 22 years since Trailnet began working to keep the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge accessible for pedestrians and cyclists. Now that’s something to celebrate! At the Bridge Birthday Bash ride, there is something for everyone with routes ranging from one to 100 miles. After the ride stick around for live music, beer, burgers and brats on the grill. Of course, no birthday is complete without a little ice cream and birthday cake!

Mileage: 21, 55 or 63 or 100   |   Terrain: Mostly flat to rolling with some hills on the long routes. Paved

**New for 2020 – Registration will open at 6:30 AM and closes at 8:30 AM. We will have two group starts. Riders can choose to depart in either a 7:30 or 8:30 AM group start.

At both starts we will encourage riders to be mindful of their own ability and comfort level when positioning themselves in the staging area. Group start etiquette and safety will also be covered in the rider briefing.

We may make additional changes based on potential severe weather conditions, with appropriate notification time before the rides. This allows our team to control traffic and escort all riders safely from the starting point.**
