2018 Community Rides

2018 Community Rides

Thanks to the Missouri Humanities Council and the National Endowment for the Humanities for their generous support of “Trailnet’s 2018 Community Ride Series – Learning About St. Louis on Two Wheels.”

We bring history to life as we bicycle to historic and cultural sites across St. Louis and learn about their significance from local humanities scholars and experts. Trailnet’s Community Rides take place on St. Louis City streets with start/finish points at the Missouri History Museum, the Missouri Botanical Garden, the Contemporary Art Museum, Bellefontaine Cemetery, and the Soldiers Memorial. Our goal is to bring individuals and families from all walks of life and all levels of riding ability together to gain a deeper understanding our our heritage and history as we promote safe cycling.

Up next is the Tour De Museum on Saturday, September 29th. Thanks to our partners,  Pulitzer Arts FoundationMuseum of Contemporary Religious ArtWorld Chess Hall of FameCitygarden, and Contemporary Art Museum
