Become a Trailnet Member

Trailnet’s membership is at the heart of everything we do. Support from more than 1,700 members and individual donors powers our work to create safer streets for all, and comes with some great benefits. Join or renew today!

Trailnet uses RunSignUp to manage our rides registration. One RunSignUp account will allow you to register for rides, sign up to volunteer, and manage your membership. Keep track of all of your registrations, results and photos in one place.

As a Trailnet member, you get some great perks: discounts on rides and free ride vouchers. Now, all of those benefits will be digital!

Click here to claim your account.

Your free ride vouchers are also digital! You will receive an email with your ride voucher numbers.

If you have any trouble claiming your account or finding your vouchers, just email membership@trailnet.org or call (314) 297-0061 and we will be glad to assist you.

You can also mail a check to Trailnet, 317 N 11th St, Suite 302, St. Louis, MO 63101.

You can also send a gift from a Donor-Advised Fund. Please note that we cannot issue any membership benefits for gifts sent from a Donor-Advised Fund. We will include you in the listing of members, but you will not be issued a t-shirt, ride discounts, or ride vouchers.

Trailnet is a 501c3 non-profit organization and your gift is tax-deductible as allowable by law. All annual memberships come with exclusive benefits that apply to two adults and any children in the family under 18.

Have more questions about membership? Please contact the Membership Manager: 314-297-0061 or membership@trailnet.org

Gifts of publicly traded securities can be used as your membership donation. By gifting the stock to Trailnet (rather than selling it and donating the proceeds), you receive the federal and state charitable deductions and avoid paying capital gains tax. Both you and Trailnet benefit! For more information or to notify Trailnet of your intention to make a gift of stock, contact the Membership Manager.

Matching Gifts: Many employers offer matching gift programs to match charitable contributions made by their employees. If your employer has such a program, the impact of your gift to Trailnet may be doubled and your membership level and benefits can be upgraded. Check with your Human Resources Department to see if your company has a matching gift policy and follow the procedures for designating Trailnet as the matching gift recipient. Trailnet will notify you when the matching gift arrives.

Trailnet will gladly accept donations from your Donor Advised Fund. The law prohibits us from providing tangible benefits in exchange for such a donation, so we cannot issue you a membership t-shirt, free ride vouchers, or a discount on Trailnet rides. If you send a membership gift from a Donor Advised Fund, know that you will not receive any of these tangible benefits, but you will still be counted as a Trailnet member!
