The Design Roundtable is an initiative of the Livable St. Louis Network to bring policymakers of the St. Louis region together several times a year to explore best practices for creating livable communities. The roundtables have proven to be a great opportunity for policymakers to learn both from national experts and their peers. In the past, Livable St. Louis Network members accompanied participants to Citizens for Modern Transit's “Let's Build Around Light Rail” luncheon, accompanied participants to “Walk/Live St. Louis 2012” featuring Dan Burden and hosted “Placemaking and Form Based Codes” with city managers.
